Hotel rich grand is a group of scammers. I made a prepaid booking through trip.com for 17th nov and arrived hotel at 2am due to heavy traffic but when we reached the hotel they denied to check in by saying room is already soldout to someone else after a few minutes of discussion they offer us another room for additional 2600INR for another room. But when I reached out to trip.com for the redundancy they end up giving false statement and refused to refund my payments by claiming room was provided to the guest as agreed.

The location is not in the city center. You have to take an Uber. There is no food nearby. But the room is quite clean. There is no toilet paper attached. Please pay attention to this.

Do not book the hotel. Full of scams. Rudest staff ever. I have booked room with buffet breakfast and I have got Puri bhaji, fungus filled bread, and porridge. Dirty rooms with staff smoking in the hotel room. And dinner was not fresh I guess...

A really nice mid-range hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which I confess to using throughout my stay in Agra. There is a wedding venue close by, which may disturb some people. It didn't bother me but the owners have a partner hotel nearby, if it's a problem.

Hotel the Rich Grand Agra Rooms are very good and spacious,up to the mark, good value for money. Staff is helpful and friendly, prompt service. Food is pretty good. Location is good as it is not far from Taj Mahal and agra fort highly recommended
